This position will provide outpatient hand therapy services and custom orthotic fabrication, with hand and upper extremity pathologies in a dynamic, fast paced environment.    Successful candidates will develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, as well as custom fabricate static/static progressive/dynamic elbow to finger orthotics.  The candidate will provide patient and family education to achieve optimal outcomes.   This position will consist mostly of custom orthotic fabrication.  An Orthotist, credentialed through the ABCOP/BOC, may apply for this position. 

Degree:  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited university or a Bachelor’s Degrees in Orthotics from an accredited university.

Specialty:  Certified Hand Therapist or Orthotist preferred

Licensure:  License or eligibility to practice occupational therapy in Kentucky and Indiana or Orthotist credentialed by the ABCOP or BOC.
